Brief Introduction of
Subsonic Flame Powder coating spray machine System:
The subsonic powder flame spraying SX-6016 system, uses oxygen and acetylene flame
spray as the heat source of spraying. Spraying wire will be fed into the system by highly stable pressure of the compressed air. SX-6016 subsonic flame powder spraying system has both advantages of the
traditional flame high speed gun and medium speed gun. Operator can easily select either high speed gun to spray coating low melting point materials.
SX - 6016 subsonic flame powder spraying system is extremely suitable for small workpiece or small area
repair and surface treatment, being an effective complement in the thermal spraying series
equipment.

2. High efficency for spraying powder metal coating as SX-6016 is designed for it.
3. It has advantages of both traditional flame high speed gun and medium speed gun which allows the operator to select the best spray temperature for the project.
