Sanxin has developed 2 types of industrial dust removal system.
1. Cyclone Dedusting System
The utility model relates to a cyclone dust collector, which is used for separating the dust particles from the dust laden air stream by centrifugal force generated by the rotating air flow. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, small size, no special auxiliary equipment, low cost, moderate resistance, no moving parts in the device, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.. Cyclone dust collector is generally used to capture more than 5-15 micron particles. The dust removal efficiency can reach more than 80%. In recent years, the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 5%. The disadvantage of cyclone dust collector is less than 5 micron.
The movement of air and dust particles in cyclone dust collector:

2. Pulse Jet Cloth Filter System

A simple way to fix the filter bag
The filter bag is embedded on the flower board by the elastic expansion ring sewn on the bag opening, and the bag is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
