Brief Introduction of
IGBT Medium Frequency Machine Series:
GC series induction heating Servo CNC quenching machine: the moving of skateboard are driven by ball screw and servo motor CNC (man-machine dialogue) control system, and speed control can be stepless, repeat positioning accuracy is ± 0.02mm. Spindle workpiece rotation using a servo motor to realize stepless speed control. GC Series machines are mainly used in the processing of shaft, gear parts, and some special workpiece can be processed. They adapted to power supply with high frequency, super audio, medium frequency or transistor. Machine tool is cooled by liquid spray. The transmission modes are mechanical and hydraulic. The control modes are PLC, touch screen and CNC, with manual and automatic functions and upper and lower clamping functions. The machines can quenching in shaft, disc type, single-stage, multi-stage, intermittent, continuous and other ways.
Features:Mainly used for the induction quenching of shaft, disc (ring gear), camshaft and other workpieces, and annealing or welding.

5. The rotation speed can be adjust visible on the digital control panel, can be adjust stepless according to the workpiece size and quenching process requirements, to meet the needs of high-precision adjustment. So it can achieve the best quenching effect.
6. The electrical components installed in the control cabinet, control cabinet according to the operator used to adjust the position to make the operation more handy, while the electrical components from machine interference, good stability, long service life.
7. The rotation of workpiece was controlled by variable frequency motor, the speed adjustment range is large, adjustment is intuitive and convenient. The drive motor is located above the quenching location, prevent the quenching liquid splash leaving the motor from moisture effectively.
8. Spray quench cooling, a 300 mm water tank puts below the machine tool, no need to equip another work tank
9. Easy to disassembly and maintenance. The main mechanical parts are made in Taiwan, which ensure long life and low maintenance costs. Quenching time, vertical speed, rotation speed can be displayed and controlled by the CNC panel. The system can store a variety of procedures, and calling program is convenient, which very useful in multi-stage, variable speed and other complex process requirements, and many types of workpiece.
