Introduction of our dedusting equipmentSanxin Metal provides a solution for effective suction & collection of fumes & dust generated in the vicinity of coating zone. Due to negative pressure generated in the dust collector, the suspended particles & fumes sucked from spray booth/acoustic chamber / room get collected in the dust collector and clean air is discharged into the atmosphere thus maintaining clean & healthy atmosphere. 
Sanxin has developed 2 types of industrial dust removal system.



1. Cyclone Dedusting System
The utility model relates to a cyclone dust collector, which is used for separating the dust particles from the dust laden air stream by centrifugal force generated by the rotating air flow. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, small size, no special auxiliary equipment, low cost, moderate resistance, no moving parts in the device, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.. Cyclone dust collector is generally used to capture more than 5-15 micron particles. The dust removal efficiency can reach more than 80%. In recent years, the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 5%. The disadvantage of cyclone dust collector is less than 5 micron.

The movement of air and dust particles in cyclone dust collector:
Most of the rotary flow along the wall from the circular simplified, spiraling down from the upper to the bottom of the cone is formed outside the rotary movement, falling dust airflow, the centrifugal force generated in the process of strong rotation in the density is far greater than the gas dust thrown to the wall, the dust particles upon contact with the wall, then lose the inertial force and the momentum on the entrance velocity and the gravity along the wall falling into the dust collecting bucket. When the rotating air drops down to the bottom of the cone, it moves upward along the axis of the dust collector to form an upward swirl flow, which is discharged from the exhaust pipe of the dust collector.

A small part of the flow inlet flow, to the cyclone cover flow, and then along the exhaust pipe outside the downward flow, when reaching the lower end of the exhaust pipe is turned on, namely with the center of the ascending together is discharged from a pipe, dispersed in the dust particles can be taken away.


2. Pulse Jet Cloth Filter System
This equipment has the following main features:
* High efficiency
* Low energy consumption

The adoption of straight through pulse valve, low resistance, quick start, high ash cleaning ability. Each part of the injection system has excellent aerodynamic characteristics. The direct use of pocket from ejector action, eliminating the traditional ejector, the injection pressure of only 0.15~0.25Mpa, the blowing time is shortened to 0.065-0.085 seconds, the operation energy consumption is lower than that of blowback bag type dust collector, flue gas of high concentration has good cleaning effect of purification.

* Long filtration bag
The length of the filter bag is 6 meters, which breaks through the limitation of the bag length of the pulse dust remover. And dust removal effect is good, so the ground less.
A simple way to fix the filter bag
The filter bag is embedded on the flower board by the elastic expansion ring sewn on the bag opening, and the bag is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
