Brief Introduction of
High Velocity coating spray machine set series:Arc sprayer is mainly applied to prepare anticorrosive and wear resistant coatings,repairing the wrongly processed machine part.
It's widely used in different industries of mechanical, chemical, electric power, metallurgical industries. It can be appllied to the coal-fired power plant, electric boiler tube coating, anti-corrosion engineering, all kinds of mold, stamping die, drawing die, injection mould, die casting, forging, glass mold, powder metallurgy, anti-corrosion, anti abrasion treatment and repairment of all kind of metal hardware to improve the hardness of the surface, such as mechanical equipment, cars, water pump blades, gas valve door, piston, site construction and so on.
Different material is used in different area. For example copper is mainly used for coatings of water pump blades, gas valve door, piston, bearings, electrical switches, electronic components. Resulting decorative coating that suitable for portrait, arts and crafts etc substracts can be sprayed with brass, aluminum, or bronze material.

Features:
SX-800 and above are automatic high-power arc spraying equipment. It's easily monitored of the spraying situation with monitoring device, video, and Internet. And it's with PLC computer programming module which makes this equipment excellent with its convinience, reliable performance and good operation stability. It can continuously spray for 24 hours, and the resulting coating is more uniform.
It's especially suitable for large area coating engineering as its high-power spraying gun fed by thicker wire material.
