Brief Introduction of WC-co powder for
HVOF / Plasma coating spray:
Tungsten Carbide is one kind of high hardness Co base coating powder, it is made by agglomeration and sintering process. It is a layer of cast tungsten carbide coated with a layer of metal cobalt layer for protection and bonding. It's excellent in wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance. It's suitable for plasma spraying or HVOF spray technology. It's commonly used in occasions where there is strong friction.

Features of our WC-Co Thermal Spray Powder:
WC-12Co HVOF spray powder: hardness: HV 03 ~1100-1300, working temperature: ≤540°C. This powder makes a hard, densified coating with good wearing-resistant ability for abrasion and erosion. The coating is the hardest one for wearing-resistance under 540 °C, and the best one for abrasive and erosive wearing under medium and low temperature. It's recommended to be used in particle abrasion, hard-surface abrasion, fretting wear and particle erosion. This powder can be applied in supersonic flame spraying, plasma spraying and Detonation gun spraying process. It's widely used in wear-resistant coating for rollers, engine blades, axles and so on.
