Introduction of our sound insulation spraying booth
SX - 03 soundproof room is designed for sound and dust insulation in the process of thermal spraying coating or sandblasting operation.  Noise created by this kind of operation would reach 130db which would be harmful to the operators and the environment. 

Our company develops this sound Insulation room with advanced technology, leading to the excellent result of noise below 75db.

Different design of the sound proof acoustic chamber:

1. Tight design sound insulating chamber for small parts spraying, suitable for small area workshop.
2. Square design soundproofed room for heavy objects spraying which requires ceiling holding device.
3. Rectangular design soundproofing room for longer shape objects spraying.
4. Double room with spraying room and blasting room next to each other.
5. Rotary wall design for high efficient working process.

Our standard room design: L 4.0m x W 3.0m x H 2.5m, with one 3-layer glass observing window sized W 0.35m x H 0.45m and distance from the bottom is 1.4m

Additional facilities can be added according to your requirements.

1.Color steel laminboard 
2.Zinc plated / Aluminium perforated panels
3.Centrifugal glass wool board / Polyester amine absorption panels (24-48kg per square meter)
4. Hydrophobic nonwoven glass cloth or DuPont PET film

Structure:
Q235 Steel

Surface Treatment:
1. Spray treatment
2. Anti-rust paint

Installation:
Removable design is available.
