Subsonic Flame Wire Spraying Coating System:
Sanxin Metal has applied its engineering excellence & vast knowledge of material technology to develop a complete line of thermal spray equipment for thermal spray applications. Our product line includes spraying machine, spray guns that impart wear-resistant coatings in metallic, ceramic, carbide & composite materials. We also have other models of spray systems designed for manual or automatic applications.
This Model can apply material such as T8, MO (molybdenum) low carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, AL203, AL (aluminum), zinc (Zn) in wire form on the substracts with its special designed spraying gun.
Operator can easily select either high speed gun to spray coating low melting point materials (3mm zinc wire and aluminum wire) or medium speed gun to spray coating high melting point materials ( 2mm carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire, etc.). This spraying coating system is extremely suitable for small workpiece, small area
repairing and surface treatment, being an effective complement in the thermal spraying series
equipment.
