Introduction of our coating service
Why does it need coating?
Even today maintaining metal workpiece like grinder blades / Ribbon Mixer is still a big challenge. Outgassing and moisture acidity often accompany abrasive wear, taking an even bigger toll on expensive tooling. Therefore, it's neccessary to give the workpiece surface coating treatment. For worn surface, it's economic way to re-do coating process for repairing.
What metarial to choose?
Before determining what coating to use, the substract finish must be taken into account because certain finishes may actually increase the need for a coating, and some combinations work extremely well together improving lubricity and release properties.
Coating Performance
For most of metal parts in hash condition such as acid condition or high wearing condition, it is highly recommended to process high hardness coatings such as tungsten carbide coating. With our high velocity thermal spray coating equipment processed, the result coating will be anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion and the main performance is as following:
A, coating hardness: HV1150 or more.
B, bonding strength: 68MPa or more.
C, porosity: Less than 1%
D, oxide content: Less than 3%
E, the use of the environment: Less than 250 ºC, no severe impact of the occasion
F, the service life: Heat treatment surface life of more than 6 times
