The coating it can increase the product surface hardness around (HRC>70) to reducing the product wearing during working , to prolong the product use life, to cut your cost, to increasing your competitiveness with you competitor.
We use the advanced flame spraying(HVOF) processing to coating all sorts of Seattle super wear-resistant tungsten carbide parts. Use the HVOF coating system to do surface treatment the wear-resistance performance is more effective than others (about 2~4 times), and it is dozens times of general stainless steel. The advantage of the HVOF technology is ultra high speed and lower temperature (120 ~200 degrees) to reach the surface of product, to make the coating parts extremely dense and more combining intensity. Compare with the same materials , HVOF coating hardness also obviously better than the other thermal spraying process. (Hardness: can reach to HV1300) It is very good protection for various easy wear parts.
Introduction of hvof thermal spray equipment
The principal of SX-5000 HVOF spray thermal equipment is: the mixture gas of oxygen and fuel gas is sent to the burning area of spray gun exit under high pressure. Then the burning gas is accelerated to form a supersonic flame with the help of peripheral compressed air. The spray powder is sent into burning flame and make a functional coating.

Powder feeder of hvof thermal spay equipment
The SX-5000 powder feeding machine is used to store spray powder and send them to burning flames according to technological requirements. The feeding gas is nitrogen, which pulverizes the powder and sends the pulverized particles along withe the gas to spray gun. You can regulate the feeding velocity by the localizer on the regulating control panel.

Cooling system of hvof thermal spray equipment
